Hope in God (Part 1) — Josiah Kagin

Some say that hopelessness is a public health crisis in the United Sates. It is striking to think that the wealthiest nation on earth seems to be bankrupt of hope. God’s people are not exempt from this reality today nor in the times in which the Bible was written. David is believed to be the penman of Psalm 42 and 43. These two Psalms are linked together with a common message—Hope in God. The noise of uncertainty, the endless clamor of enemies and pestilent murmur of worry had overwhelmed David’s soul.
