The Malignancy of Envy—Growth Point—Josiah Kagin

The proverbs are full of rich nuggets of practical wisdom for daily living. King Solomon penned many of his proverbs based on the experiences of his life. You might be familiar with the statement, “Hind sight is twenty twenty.” What is awesome is that God inspired a whole book of the Bible full of hind sights. It is an incredible wealth of wisdom. Some believers so value the wisdom found in the pages of Proverbs that they read one chapter a day so as to read all of Proverbs each month and twelve times per year. Tonight, we will study one proverb out of the three thousand proverbs that King Solomon wrote. It speaks to the connection of our physical and mental health. Let’s meditate together on it and gain some insights for our Christian journey this week.
